In an era marked by rapid transformations, libraries must continue to adapt, advocate, and innovate to serve their communities effectively. The CALA SE &amp; SW Chapters Joint Online Conference 2025 invites library professionals, researchers, educators, and advocates to share your insights, experiences, and research on how libraries navigate change while upholding our essential role in society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Proposal Tracks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1. Presentation (20 minutes+5 minutes Q&amp;A)<br>A focused and in-depth presentation on a topic aligned with the conference theme. Ideal for best practices in libraries, research findings, case studies, library programs, and emerging trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">2. Lightning Talk (5 minutes+10 minutes Q&amp;A after all talks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A concise and engaging talk highlights key ideas, projects, or innovations.
